Our story – about Malcolm West Forklifts

Based in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, Malcolm West has been at the forefront of the materials handling industry since 1956.

Malcolm West is one of the region’s leading independent forklift truck distributors, with decades of experience in the material handling market.

The business has been a Mitsubishi agent and also represents Combilift, Aisle Master, Robur and Kärcher, enabling the team to support a wide range of materials-handling requirements together with parts and aftersales support.

Experienced sales staff and detailed product knowledge help customers choose equipment that is properly specified for its intended application.

Branches in Hull and Immingham

Since 1956 the West name has been well known in Hull and the surrounding area. Now in the fourth generation of the family, the business continues to sell, rent and repair forklift trucks across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and beyond.

Two depots support customers through the complete equipment lifecycle: specification and supply, hire, servicing, repairs, transport and eventual replacement.
